This month, 13 campers attended our HTML Bootcamp workshop to learn the basics of web language. Because we had so much demand for the class, we ended up opening an early bird session.
Attendees learned how to start and end an HTML page, use common tags and use HTML on their own website. The camp director and our head graphic designer, Marie Newell, described how websites work. The students wrote a letter home from camp in HTML form and learned the proper web formats and sizes for images.
We didn’t make them do any pushups, but we think our campers are ready to be deployed out into the world of web language. For information from the workshop, download the Campers Packet and view the slideshow below.
